i know im repeating this - but we should all know this- in a sexual assault case even without actual rape the word of the victim is taken at face value.

which means mandira s FIR and the medical reports , the law will take as being true and sameer will be punished .rishi said this right T the beginning and i was happy but then...
to save himself , sameer will have to say i was not in SN at that time and i was with soa nd so and bring in a witness to prove that he wasnt with mandira.

its not all difficult in this case as the photos from mandira s room showed violence/ the medical reports showed assault/ ant fingerprints of sameer in her room will be enough all of which rishi said he has already submitted.

any eyewitness is a bonus thats all and family usually has not much value.

but read in written update that medical reports are turned negative.. so may be Rishi depending on Inder because except mandira's accuse there is not witness not even medical reports... so it will sure say sameer is not guily...

if the reports prove +ve then i think no need to eye witness...

but in the first scene rishi already submitted the reports first. there was no need of another report now.

hey can you tell me in which episode i want to watch it again i think i missed the part where Rishi submitted the proofs

last week maybe thursday or friday epi the first one which rishi starts arguing

and the medical reports is not what the victim has to submit, the police do that... which would have been doen with the first doctor who saw mandira and told indira and then with a forensic person in govt service.

The whole rape case and the fight for justice is totally flawed. There aren't many rape cases whose fate is decided by eye witness ? This is not a panchayat raj, where the surpanch asks for a eye witness to nail the culprit. In any rape case, the victim is the only eye witness and that needs medical backup to punish the accused.

Every case has a motive, but neither party wants to touch upon that, they are just hooked up with eye witness, while the eye witness is father whose word is not much of importance as a family member can fabricate witness and the judge can dismiss such eye witness.

The important aspect was medical reports and usually traces of semen is found and crossed checked with the accused semen and that becomes a key evidence for rape.

This rape case makes you wonder if this is a rape or murder case as to why so much importance is taken for eye witness.. Why not take the victim word and the motive for rape with the medical proof ?

What does HD CV's are trying to tell us ? that eye witness is more important than anything else ?

In Rape cases( not minors and some exceptional cases),the important point is whether the victim has consented to the act or not and the consent must be a valid consent.

For that they take circumstantial evidence and testimony of witnesses. Whether she cried for any help? Any resistance from her? Whether she shouted? And other circumstances, etc

It varies from case to case.In this case as the Rape is committed at SN, they may ask for who were there at that time...etc for that they are showing... but not properly.

How will rape cases have withness ??A rapist will not announce hey I am going to rape this gal and assemble people.Nor will someone just stand as a mute spectator...wont the court ask the witness why didnt u try to save the girl instead of just watching ?

cvs pagal hogaye hai.

at least they should have handed over script writing of this court case to writers of serial adaalat.🤣
