I might actually be a good thing for Aarti

I know we wall want this marriage to start on a foundation of truth not lies. We want Aarti to tell Yash at the very least that she isn't a widow. Let him make the call of telling the family or not. But lets see it in another light. Well, to a certain degree it does seem right to tell Yash that her parents lied and that she isn't really a widow, it might increase his respect for Aarti. But he is also a son. A good son. He might want to tell his parents only because he doesn't want them to stay in the dark. But my problem is that Yash's parents have showed a lot of different colors of their character in these few days. I thought Yash's dad was some what a good man, but he also proved me wrong. His mother is well, no comments. They hold a lot of self-respect, maybe two much at times. So if this truth is put in front of them, whether that be Yash, Aarti or her parents, they might just go ahead with the marriage only because its too late to go back. Because they don't want to decrease their respect in society. They don't want to turn 500 guest away (remember, the other two are getting married only because Yash is, so they might also refuse to get married) So if Yash and Aarti do get married with the truth in front of everyone, everyone will judge her differently then they would with them thinking she is a widow. With this truth hidden, Aarti actually will have a opportunity to prove that widow or divorced woman, both can be great mothers and its character that really and truly matter. The CVs here are actually bringing out another issue in society that a woman faces once she has been divorced. So I think its great, I will love to see Gayatri's face when she finally accepts Aarti as a great bahu, comes to find she isn't a widow. That you got the bahu you always wanted and she is a divorcee. I know Aarti will lose some trust and Yash might even feel betrayed, but its another issue in society that must also be shown so public can open their eyes!
