i am feeling really bad about how they are changing aarti's name to arpita, and i so agree with what aarti said that aarti is her identity then how can she becomes aarti to arpita. i so can imagine how i must be feeling when someone give me different identity then what i am now, it will be like i have become an aline all of a sudden. not one day goes by that i don't get emotionally attached to this show b/c each and everyone has some truth behind this beautiful face that when the truth comes out it moves us to core. it is one thing to marry again and getting a different name and only yash is against this b/c he cannot give arpita's place to anyone while others kept numb. yes it might be a tradition to get the name of first wife (although i have never came across of this situation) but what about aarti's identity even that is important, she should be accept with her own identity then arpita's identity b/c they both are different and i am sure both of them have different views of things, aarti can never be exactly like arpita. There is alot of pain, suffering, drama, grey shade but this is why the show is super hit b/c it is mixed with spicy, drama and the hottest jodi AarYa, i am sure everything will sort it out soon.

p.s. the bachelor party GOSH! that is going to make me dance for sure, yash picked aarti in his arms🥳what a treat to see.

Its wrong to give Arpitas name for Aarti for many reasons

First of all , Though ppl say wats in a name, they even say , its all about ur name , name is identity ...

They want Yash to forget Arpita and move on in life thats why they wanted him to marry and for kids too, but if Aarti is loaded with arpitas things and with her name, how on earth is yash going to move on ? instead of pulling him from his past they are pushing him more , wats the difference in his crying alone and now crying seeing his newly mother for his kids carrying and reminding his old wife ? why no one sees from this angle, and why yash dont say that ... i understand Arpitas parents getting senti and all , but come on dont they see what they are asking for ?

Coming to aarti , she would have to live more like arpita than aarti, only thing which is left is facial surgery, do that and its like brining back arpita... that constant comparison of arpita and aarti will be done and even if aarti gets arpita name she would never let herself get close to yash even if she want to since yash loves arpita and not aarti and he would see arpita in aarti not beyond that ...

i like this show for many reasons and i feel attached to ckt and i like wat i see for now

all this might be drama and dragging for others, but these are sensitive issues which need to be addressed

i agree with you, she will have to live more like arpita then aarti and that will make it hard for yash to forget his first wife. the elder are making it more harder for this two to move ahead then easing their pain a little bit less. i was expecting something from arpita's mom when the name was given to aarti b/c that is her daughter name which is given to someone else, how could she let that happen? it seems like they want to force arpita name onaarti so their lost DIL arpita will come back again in form of aarti, but aarti is not arpita, she never can be but yes she will be a mother to arpita's kids. this show is one of the show that shows you the face of reality in our life and for that i am thankful to the cvs.

i don't think it's about old generation or our generation. i think even older generation people knows that a name is a very important things to anyone, that is their identity after all. or maybe i am thinking too much about this i don't now but to me why cannot aarti be aarti then getting arpita's name, even if aarti tries to be arpita she can never be her.

exactly, i felt arpitas parents request rather foolish, they arent around yash 24/7 to call aarti arpita and have a happy feeling they why torture the couple ?

only they can tell yash to move ahead in life but giving their daughter name was too much. they want to see yash happy na and not drown in his old memory but over come from that then why did they do that? they want to see yash happy and settle in life then they need to keep arpita's stuff little away from yash, no i am not saying that yash should forget arpita but there is a difference between reality and fantasy, arpita is gone forever but aarti is here na, she is going to be his wife then she will also feel bad that she has come between his wife and him b/c if they keep shoving arpita's identity on aarti then she will never become yash aarti, they should consider her feelings to b/c if not today or tomorrow aarti will fall for yash then what? i am sure she won't be likely to be called yash's arpita she would like to be called yash's aarti.

I was wondering maybe CV's are in some way trying to address the issue of how very hard it can be sometimes for people to bear through a tragedy and then to move beyond it. Sometimes it can be that people get completely stuck in their life longing for what had been before. I think hey are handling this issue sensitively with both Yash and Aart (I mean...Arpita😕?) - they are both shown in struggle with their past memories while still they try to look onward in life, even if for sake of their children. But the older generation is shown in his way to have problems too.

Still...how they can ask her to do this thing i just don't understand. And as you say this will only bring heartache for Yash too as he is having so much problem coming out of the memories of his beloved lost wife.

It is a strange piece of the track...hope it will resolve in good way!

We do have the name change ritual here.Its there in many families here.Bt the only thing I object is why the name of Arpita,who already passed away?It will be very difficult for both (Yash n Aarti)of them to come out of their past by doing so.

Morever yes name does matter and i feel the the pain of aarti in doing this.Even Yash too doesnt support this.Lets see how it will get resolved making both the family happy.
