Its seems so absurd that Archana who has stayed away from her husband and daughters for 18 years. She is very religious, but just to please the boy whom she raised for few years and he too has come back after 18 years, she absurdly promises to leave her husband in his request. (what a Pati Varta patni!!). Even according to her religion her Pati comes before everything then her real daughters and then the 'munh-bola' beta.
She has been celebrating her daughters birthdays and still puts on the mangal sutar and sindhoor in her maang. And suddenly her munh bola beta wants her to give up everything and get out of their lives and she promises it. So her love for munh-bola-beta is more than her husband and daughters.
Such twists show that the CVs, in order to create a twist can go to any unreasonable length or 'shortness' of their imagination. Please don't screw up our value system.
BTW in Archana's house there is not a single photograph of Manav or Archana-Manav wedding picture hanging on the wall. How (irrationally) convenient the CVs have made it, so that Tej never discovers that who is Archana's husband.
After the leap they have added good characters around whom other story tracks can be built rather than show flashbacks for half the time of the episodes.
PV has done good in the past but now its time to continue with some sensibility, or it may start to slide down the TRP ladder and never move up.
