Who do you think will contest, Shakti's claim to Sajjan's property. They have 3 choices --- Krishna, Pratigya, and Sajjan.

What is your opinion on this question? Most of them have voted for Krishna. I was under the impression that Pratigya is going to get a stay order and claim that Shakti illegally acquired the property by getting SS's thumb impression when he was intoxicated. I don't know how the law works in India. Do you think Krishna is going to contest on the basis that he is also SS's son? or is it going to be SS himself will contest on the basis that legally all the proeprty belongs to him? or is it Pratigya who is going to fight to get the property back to SS on the basis that SS was not sober when he put his thumb impression on the papers.

According to recent promo Kesar is going to enter TN. I am sure she will find out that Shakti and Menaka has kicked out all the family members including Samar. Actually Kesar has to be the co-owner of all the property. As Kesar is the first wife, Menaka's marriage to Shakti is going to be illegal. Probably she will bring all the TN members back including Samar. Eventually Krishna will contest for property ownership and eventually SS will get back his property back.
