I wanted to upload a photo for my avatar but I dint know how. I gave the link in preferences column but no use!if press update photo only an empty screen appears.i already asked. Help but no one replied except one. There is no senior members to help a newbie? Really tired of trying 😕 and ayyo means expressing the pain(a Tamil word) 😛

hey dear after clicking to update photo there a new window appears click there upload u will understand😊

ha!i did that too.it showed another empty screen with a line sayin,"this is not a jpeg image".for all the images it shows same thing!

Hey r u on ur phone cuz I'm always on my phone.So when I tryed to upload pics that same thing happened to me.Then I tryed on my computer and I managed to upload it.

guys one imp thing if your pic size is big then it will show the error so plz check the pic size once u upload

It should be JPG it happen's when your a newbie. go to Perfances & go to avater link & upload your link there.

yes,yrs! Jam on phone.so there is no way to do it in phone?
