I totally agree with you but In the starting i think she has to handle every thing her self as yash is only marrying for his as she is doing. he is always lost in his wife thought. his mother may be something in front of him and behind some thing else.he may even never know what is happening as we all know that Arati will not share all these thing with him as of now they don''t know each other well and even if they did she will not tell him for she is the kind of a women who will bear it all and will not share her sorrow or her feelings with any one.
