My sister-in-law who is a widower has remarried to a divorcee on insistence of our family & for the sake of her daughter who lost her father at the age of 3, it took nearly 5 years to convince her. Though she has few complaints about her first marriage but never expressed her concern. Anyways she has the fear & mistrust for her second marriage due to problems with her first marriage but not as much as shown in this soap. All this drama & tension is created for the excitement of the viewers & to lend more TRPs. Anyways Now she is sooo happy that she has no regrets on getting married again she says...

I know a couple who have been through a similar experience, and the woman, at least, faced a lot of trust issues/fear. Both of them were divorced from their first spouses, with the woman having been emotionally abused by her first husband. I guess that's why it was understandable for her to take a really really long time in being able to trust her husband etc. But the families are the cutest things! He had a son from his first marriage, while she had a daughter and a son from her marriage, and they're the cutest family ever now.

Yes, it took a long time to adjust, but it's been over two years now, I think, and everything is fine. :)
