i dont really know what to comment here except that i am maha sad towards indira.rati pandey deserved to be the best actress all the way!silence mode and the eyes was doing all the talking.seriously, she is really superb!i have seen damsels in distress infew serials but this one really gets to the heart.the way she just stood silent would have just been grounded with the strong bgm ,but her acting surpassed everything ..the bgm was just an addition.she did all the acting there and then itself.for a while, even i thought the mother actually came to comfort her ,but alas, kutumb is kutumb.her character stays true to its portrayal.the silence mode is really heartbreaking to watch.

the separation scene was well done.i felt so sad seeing indira that way.add to that, the perfect song as bgm and the flashback pics,i literally had to control myself from being teary.beautiful direction there!rishi deserved it in one way.sunaina was spot on with her question today and munna altough heartless ,did what brothers normally do.im really sad for indira ...im not sure what tomorrow holds for her ...im just sure of one thing, rati pandey has won many hearts for her brilliancy as indira and she deserves every single appreciation on her way.today,my elder sister who s not fond of serials added hd to her favourites list mainly because she was impressed with rati pandey s acting prowess and hd as well as its unique pacing.i have nothing else to say,

RATI PANDEY IS THE BEST!HD ROCKS!

TRUE WORDS!the only person suffering was indira and im baffled as to why she is bashed.she has given him so many chances to speak, yet he didnt.lies after lies, how much more does she has to bear?his major lie broke her everything ,even her words bringing her to silence mode..i wonder where is she at fault for all this? all in all, indira will be my hero always..im sure the cvs have an interesting track in store..for one,im glad marriage didnt happen as it would have been worse for indira had this been exposed after the wedding...there is still ample time for her...im awaiting bro sis bonding track and im sure the patchup track will be done wonderfully by the cvs!

HD ROCKS!RATI IS THE BEST!

Does this qualify as bashing? 😃More importantly, Is there any distinction between lying and bashing?😡

Comments like these really makes one sorry that one even bothers to expend time and effort on this forum.😭 😭We betray our own selves when we comment.

I have not seen a single post that has bashed Indira, or is anti-Indira. Everyone feels her pain, her betrayal, her shock. She is our cherished heroine. But that does not mean Indira is a devi. She is all too human with enormous qualities, accompanied by big failings. Recently, there has been lot of discussion on her character traits and the learning curve she has ahead of her. This is nothing unique to her.

If the makers of this serial tout that they have true to life characters and we all go RAH...RAH...RA, puffing are chests, mighty pleased with ourselves, then it behooves us that we assess the characters as such, and assess the learning they have in front of them. If over 95% of the life of this serial is spent on "woe betide me" Indira, in the final 5%, magically all issues are resolved, bad characters become good and she gets happiness, then this serial is no different than dime a dozen others.

If CVs wants to portray real life like characters, then they should shoulder the responsibility of showing reactions to traumatic events based upon where one's atma is on its growth curve - like it happens is real life. We have low expectations of likes of Sharmas, becuase their souls are really mired in mud, nor do they operate on a higher plane. But Indira is not such an atma. It would be all the more tragic if her soul, her personality keeps stalling at its present position. She will do more harm to her own self, than what anybody has ever done to her.

As my mentor once told me when my life was in deep crisis through no fault of my own, there is slight difference between "bitter" and "better", and that is the letter "I". How I chose to react to the trauma determined how I can out at the end of it.

Regarding Inshi:
When people have been desirous of Indira to not go into her "bitter" mode once the shock has passed, it is not because we are teen worshippers of Inshi.
It is because Rishi has redeemable qualities that are hard to find. He was utterly devoted to her. But his devotion had a poison pill, and that was his culpability in Vidith's accident and his fear of informing Indira before Vidith's complete recovery. And now this poison pill has burst. He has to really take a hard look at himself and grow out of it. Indira has to learn to forgive, not throw baby out with the bath water.

And please note, I am not talking about love here. I am talking about forgiveness, ability to see a person's strengths as well as weaknesses.

Clumping Rishi with likes of Sameer, Diwans and Sharmas
Whether Indira will accept Rishi back into her life is immaterial.

What is germane is the failure by us to distinguish between Rishi and others. Namely his attempt at redemption with atonement and sacrificing a materially cushy life. There has rarely been a great man in history who has not traveled the mistakes, atonement and redemption continuum. But then I maybe living in a different universe than some noted denizens of this forum😭

Rishi is on the mistakes-atonement continuum. Recognizing this does not take away from Indira's genuine's pain or Vidith loosing his life as he knew it.

Million chances

I will make this post, and perhaps quit posting for a while. Not good for my BP.

Priyanka brought about the issue of million chances. I would like to posit "Rishi had many opportunities created by events", but not "chances given by Indira"?

Rishi's failing
His love and need for Indira, has a sharp, desperate edge to it. Intellectually he understood that when truth came out, he would loose Indira. We have heard that monologue many times, from the earliest days of his coming to terms of his developing affection for her. We even saw him feeling guilty when he impersonated Vidith on the phone.

But, he never felt secure and confident in the love that Indira had for him. And failure to come to terms with it was more his failing, than hers. As he had decided the route of telling Indira only when Vidith recovers- understandably, to spare her the pain of seeing Vidith paralyzed - he should have not rushed the marriage. Let the truth come out and let chips fall where they may.

Indira' failing
Indira is not known for her acceptance of other people's failings. People, and I include Rishi in it, are intimidated by her. Leave aside Rishi, I have not seen any scene where she encourages confidences of a co-worker or her family. People around her hide their mistakes till the proverbial sh*t hits the fan.
Rishi's and Indira's courtship was rushed. We rarely saw them solve problems as a couple, help each other overcome their faults. Had they not rushed the marriage track, we would have seen that happen as we saw them embarking on this after the recent proposal.

Confession of wrong does not happen in a vacuum. We see this dynamic even play out in our own lives. We find confessing our mistakes or bringing difficult issues to the fore, much easier with a certain parent and/or sibling than others. So why should other relationships be exempt from this truism.

If we want our child to come and tell us all, we need to develop a relationship that invites these confessions. Agar dande kar darr ho to kuch nahi milta.

This is a big failing of Indira in all her personal and professional relationships. And this is one example of what I mean when I posit that Indira's personality has to grow. If she keeps stalling at her present locii, she will unwittingly invite continuous betrayal and disappointment in her life. People and reasons change, but story will remain the same.

Anyway, adios, folks

Last word before I quit.

I love Indira, the character a lot. Not because I pity her, but because she is a character with such interesting story to tell. She could really have impact on the lives of her viewers.

I also like Rishi for the same reasons.

The passion (perhaps obstinancy) that comes across in my posts is due to desire to go beyond the obvious, to peel the layers of their characters and have them go thru an interesting and productive journey to happiness - together or separately.
