Sanjay is a rishwatkhor and dhokebaaz. He deceived when his childhood friend needed him the most...He walked away

as he never knew Rishi.

I think Sameer has done Sanjay's work physically or through a money deal. Anyways, the long friendship between Rishi and Sanjay has come to an abrupt end. I still hope he shows up just for the story's sake.
