no problem...i added it as an after thought...as a comment on what I see as an fundamental contradiction/hypocrisy:

the shows are centered around the tension of when the leads will finally have sex...everyone wants it to happen...but when it comes to the televising of it, no one wants it to be "too bold" (whatever that means)...if the audience is thinking so much about it, then it must be prepared to deal with it too!

I don't get the whole term "C"...why can't it be making love or even sex?

As for the hypocrisy of it all...I fint it unbelievable! It is okay to see women being continuously tortured and accepting it during prime time but when something as natural as sex is shown it is a big no no! I would want my 13 year old daughter to watch the tastefully done scene today over even a second of the stupid saas bahu and husband being horrendous to his wife. I want her to have healthy attitude about what is acceptable in life.

Sex with a man who loves you and respects you - ok
No sex but verbal/physical/physiological torture from a man/saas - not okay.

People should be thinking about what they are teaching their daughters and sons as well about what is acceptable and right in life. If someone does not treat you with respect it is better to leave them and live alone. Better to have your dignity and be alone instead being around a family full of people who don't give a crap about you.

Sorry rant over. LOVE! LOVE! LOVED today's Priya and Ram scene..it was wonderful. In fact it was HOT! I usually don't find Ram attractive but today he sizzled!

Nice post Narangi!Don't know why such a ruckus is caused over a aesthetically shot scene ...Younger audiences are used to seeing steamy scenes in so many channels...as someone pointed out in movies the hip gyrating movements are far more sleazier than the scenes shown today. The love making scene happened after both of them declaring their love for one another...also it happened btwn a husband and wife...a perfectly natural thing to do after marriage.

I totally agree.
There was absolutely nothing vulgar about what they showed yesterday!
We need to stop freaking about something that's a part of life.
