It could be that ichcha just ran away with kanha under threat of her life. Till now, avinash was trying to adopt police-free ways of getting kanha, but now that he is arrested already, he may just not care and may file a kidnapping case against kanha. 😕😕

Also, nani and co. may file a kidnapping case against ichcha too for "kidnapping yuvraj".

Technically, he is still rathore;s adopted son ... and there is no proof that he was stolen from the hospital by nani. The only records show legality of rathore's adoption. Nothing shows that veer is the biological father (at this point)

Yes, dna test and all can establish this eventually that he is really ichcha's son...but not before several problems occur for ichcha.
