I know people are going to pounce on me after this post. Still I would voice my opinion. I would like to know which audience as accepted the so called on screen chemistry of the new manav archana? And secondly if the character is changed to such a extent that it is polar opposite of its original, who wouldn't accept the new?
I have watched hiten since kahin kisi roz and no doubt he is a fabulous actor, but the character manav he is playing now is not what it was when sushant played it and here I talking in terms of character not actors. The change in characterization is required for maturity to be shown after 20 years, yet when one speaks of manav there is so much which doesn't fit with the new characterization of manav.

u r rite.old manav character who was shy, totally in love with archana is completely opposit of new manav who is angry man and mistrust archana.old manav who still live in million of hearts which is unforgettable always remain is top of the world .poor mechanic manav's expression cant b given by any other actor than sush.we audience so used to with it that we cant accept any other actor in this poor,mechanic manav.its impossible.koi mana aur na mana but its TRUTH MANAV/SUSHANT still in ppl' heart and my opinion about hiten as manav is good as dad of adult kids .but i dont agree there is any chemistry between hiten with ankita, sorry but majority audience dont think so bc ankita is so young in front of hiten.we know actor hv to say bc of their profession that new manav-archana[hiten-ankita]has good chemistry.if majority ppl accept it TRP would b like before.now TRP increased bc of liking arjun-purvi[asha-RD] chemistry .pls dont bash me article is about comparison between hiten with sush.

For me , both Manav's are two completely different people .There is absolutely nothing common about the two ...only three things I suppose , their name is Manav Deshmukh , the stubble and they both have a wife called Archana ..

Which chemistry are u talking about keshika and I dont see any actually and another one wat is Ankita suppose to tell he is her Co actor she cant say he is not perfect choice na

Well i don knw abt those ppl who r talking abt hiten ankita chemistry bt for me PR started wid sushita chemistry nd ended with it.for me sushant was the manav,is the manav nd will be so forever as loong as i vill remember a serial named Pavitra Rishta😊

I agree...it seems that Hiten has a tough time getting into the nitty gritty of Manav's character. Manav played by Sushant was humble but always had this naivety to him and a certain way of speaking...Hiten doesn't really bring that side of Manav in his portrayal. The leap however did help him out since he's playing a rich businessman and father, characters he is familiar with...it's just that there's a certain coldness/aloofness to Manav that wasn't there before

Hiten's at least doing a decent job at playing the character, I shudder to think what would happen if the new Manav was a guy who couldn't even act

first of all hello to all the forum members of Pr. I am not new to this forum, it's another thing that i have never posted in this forum except in Hiten's thread. So in this way, this is my first post in this foruman i think all of u would have guessed it till now that I am one of the fans of Hiten Tejwani. But i had watched PR before when Sushant was Manav and i really like Sushant and Ankita pair and really like Sushant as Manav. He has really given everthing to Manav and he will always remain the real Manav for me too.

For Hiten, what should i say? Till now he is the only reason for which i am watching PR. But i really don't like when the cv's try to fit him in Sushant's shoes. Why are they doing this with him i don't understand. I don't think he will ever suit in those scenes where he was supposed to play younger Manav and it's not because he doesn't have acting capabilities or so. It's just because Sushant has left such an impact in the minds and hearts of his fans that's it impossible for even Amitabh Bachhan to over power him in those scenes. The cv's are just wasting his talent and wasting him in those sulking or cursing scenes and trying to force him on audiences. I mean come on guys, you have such a fantastic actor in your hands, use his capabilities to the fullest. he can do much more than just sulking or badmouthing Archana or remebering their good olden days.

Regarding the Hiten-Ankita chemistry, honestly Hiten-Ankita can't match the level of Sushant Ankita and this time too not because of Hiten's acting abilities but i think it's because Sushant and Ankita are natural together and Hiten and Ankita have to act togehter. It's just like the same no other actor can create the same magic with Gauri that Hiten can create. In the same manner, no other actor could enact Pratham or Karan or other varoious characters Hiten has played till now in the same manner in they way Hiten did.

I know it's a long post but i really wanted to write from a long time. The gist of such a long post is that Sushant will remain the best for Sushant fans and for Hiten, he will remain the king of hearts for his fans like me and the same goes for Sushant-Ankita and Hiten- Gauri fans.

At last , i would like to say that it's really unfair to compare Hiten and Sushant. Both have different acting styles and they both are awesome in their own ways. Sushant has really made Manav what he is today and Hiten is fantabulously taking the character of Manav forward from where Sushant has left.

Regarding Hiten- Ankita, i would like to use the word understanding in place of chemistry as chemistry means a lot. Both Hiten and Ankita are good actors and i think they both understand the needs of the other as an actor.

Plus, i would really like to thank the PR forum for appreciating Hiten's acting abilities. I know majority of the forum still hasn't accepted him but i still thank those who thinks that he is a good actor because i understand that it is really really difficult to watch somone else in place of your favorite actor/character and that too when the reel life couple is the real one. i would have never ever accepted someone else in place of pratham or Karan or even in future i will not accept ac anyone in place of Hiten especially when he will be paired opp. Gauri. So i will not say the PR members to do which i can't do.

i know i have bored all of u with my long post but just want to wish PR all the best for the team of actors who are putting their best to retain the popularity of PR . Thanks a lot.👍🏼

sorry to say but even i think that she can't say that she can't act with Hiten in the same manner. It would rather be called unprofessional on her part if she says something like that. The chemistry i suppose is a feeling that u feel after watching two people together and it can't be seen. The word that people are using for Hiten Ankita shud better be stated as understanding. Yes, they both have good understanding as they know the needs the other one require on grounds of acting and that's because they both are good actors. Chemistry is just like "made for each other" like thing that's not for Hiten and Ankita. I have given a better explaination regarding the whole matter in my previous post so i don't want to bore anyone once again. Just want to say that all of the three Hiten, Sushant and Ankita are great actors and they would't have survived for so long if they would't have been so talented and the indian audience have really need to understand the difference between chemistry and understanding.
