y is teju pretending to be in London[help please]

hey guys new to the show so im not getting y is teju pretending to be in london wen she is in India...i know that she is manav and archanas daughter but she doesnt knw it...she stays witht archana but is she a paying guest der???

She was a paying guest at some random person's house in Archana's neighbourhood and had met her quite a few times, randomly, but then she had malaria and Archana and her mother Sulochana decided to take care of her and forced her to stay with them.

They met outside airport when someone run away with Teju purse. Archana chased the person but Teju stops her and tells the purse didn't contain anything much. It was 19th January 2012 episode :)
