i said before that i am not comparing pr with old shows , only example ke liye bola ki kyuki jaise shows bhi old ho gaye the phir bhi trp maintained thi...only start falling when smriti iraani was replaced by gautami ... check this...i am not comparing, but disagree ki old show trp nahi la sakte... thanks to u ki tumne bhi yrkkh and bv mention kiya ...ye shows bhi old ho gaye hai... phir bhi trp me pr se better hai...

and yes pr ki trp down hai not for script , but due to sushant replaced by hiten just likewhere cezane was replaced in kasauti ...aur bhi example hai like ram milaye jodi, kahi to hoga etc ...
TRP of these shows went to dogs when their male lead got replaced...check their forums...

and one thing if only script is real hero , then tell me why viewers were hooked to PR in shravni days when it had bad script and everybody was criticizing its storyline...

you can ask every pr member about how bad script it was in those shravni days of almost 1.5 years and that time forum member used to criticize illogical -frustrating story...but that time trp was aimost around 6+...
PR ki story to pehle bhi bakwas thi aur aaj bhi bakwas hai , par pehle trp atleast high thi to ab trp ko kya ho gaya...why it is not increasing that way...

itna samjhane se bhi agar tumhe nahi samjhna to its not my fault...
ab ye mat bolna again ki i am comparing old vs new shows...

They indeed are very popular but I am sorry I have never seen them getting best jodi award

people loved arman n they appreciated sushita for it... in other words people are addicted to sushita for their real n natural chemistry...even though PR had horrible storyline throughout the show , but ppl got hooked to it because they were addicted to the chemistry of lead pairs n hence TRPs were high...

I am sorry to say but people got hooked to it for its drama, right from starting PR had nothing but more and more drama with every episode that is why when Manav - Archana were not together and used to have very few shots, trps never came down coz it was full of drama and more drama
So when male lead got replaced , most ppl shocked and didnot able to attached to new arman played by hiten- ankita ...so its TRP fell...

And Trp fell even before HT entered as far as my knowledge goes and was going down and down it was after leap only that it picked up and came back to top 10

People may never love HT - AL together as couple but they are very much appreciating HT as Manav since now Manav seems to have some work and attitude other than crying and sacrificing one or the other thing for his loved ones

if a show is a love story n one of the lead is replaced , then its hard for ppl to again get attached to new couple as they loved the previous actor...

PR was started off as love story but sadly was never, it was always more of family drama then a love story
i can say confidently that people were watching PR for chemistry of sushita and not for its bakwas storyline ( jo ki kabhi thi hi nahi 😆)

And I can say that the common people who are the target of PHs did appreciate the work but for them story is the thing that rules, good actors/couples just adds the x factor and as said above that it was full of drama, which was its USP and again when drama came its picking up, maybe it could never gain back its original position since its old now and people are moving to different shows but coming back into top 10 still show that for PR drama is the thing

And as far as my knowledge goes it was Sushant's decision to quit the show and not EK's to axe him so saying anything to BT or EK or HT is pointless since he left but she wanted to continue so she roped in new actors and surprisingly it worked.

And it was not also that Sushant left since now he was not happy but he was never happy with the character, I have read articles where he has said that he does not enjoy playing Manav whereas he enjoyed doing his other role before this where he could be himself and did other things than crying

I don't know exact wordings but he meant same what i hv mentioned above so cursing or blaming the PH or show is pointless
