It's night, Arjun is sitting in his room remembering what happened few hours back at office between him and Purvi. Arjun wanted Purvi to resign but when she did today he was not feeling happy about his victory. Finally a new day arrives. Vinay walks in sees people gathered around notice board realizes Purvi has resign. Arjun walks in having a confident look on his face. Everyone gets back to work. Vinay is called inside and he enters cabin with sweet box. Arjun tells how Purvi is arrogant how he throwed her out of job so on when he sees the sweet box in Vinay hand asks him reason for the same. Vinay tells him about his rishta being fixed. Arjun congratulates him but as soon as Vinay takes Purvi's name the smile on Arjun's face disappear. Arjun apologizes to Vinay for whatever he said about Purvi. As Vinay leaves Arjun eyes look at the sweet which he kept on his table.
An angry Archana walks in Arjun's cabin blasts him. They have an heated argument wherein Archana tells him her daughter will never join his company nor has she come to request back for his daughter's job he will himself realize how much Purvi is important for this company. Archana leaves a fuming Arjun who says he will show he doesn't need Purvi to run his company.
Finally after argument comes work day Arjun can't understand how can three meeting can be attended on same day. Vinay says he will attend two and third one in office can be attended by Arjun but he can't be present there bcoz by the time he would reach it will be too late meeting will have to be postponed. Arjun says he never postpones his meetings. Vinay says all this is happening bcoz noone knows how Purvi use to handle the schedule. An angry Arjun replies does he wants to say he can't work like Purvi. Vinay replies in affirmative wish he could have Purvi's time management is very good and he always admired her for that. Arjun looks on and remembers how DK had told him a company runs bcoz of his employes he needs to understand they are pillar.
If you want something and you get it you will be really happy party celebrate your victory but Arjun was not happy nor was he celebrating his victory something he himself was not able to understand. As new day begin Arjun walks in office with a calm look as if nothing happened which makes you think is this the same guy who few hours back was sitting in his room asking himself why is he not happy on his victory you could not see any trace of the fight he was having inside himself on his face but as soon as Vinay took Purvi's name the smile on his face vanished in air. Arjun's said he will show or I should say prove company can run without Purvi. If you think/believe company doesn't need someone then there is no need to prove it to anyone. At the end of episode Arjun remembered what his father DK told him how an employe plays a key role in running company he would realize it one day. An unknown war has begin between Arjun mind and heart where his mind says he doesn't need Purvi while his heart goes in her direction. Arjun needs to release his heart let it feel what it wants to until then the battle behind his mind and heart will continue.
Almost half of episode was on Arjun. Eventhough Purvi was there for hardly 5 minutes everytime Arjun came into frame Purvi's name came up be it when he was sitting alone in his room in night or talking with Vinay or the argument between him and Archana. Arjun wants to show the company can run without Purvi and Purvi is not going to join back so what makes Arjun and Purvi change their decision needs to be seen.
PS:I think there are chances of Arjun ending up at the get together that Vinay and Purvi have organized at his place on occasion of their alliance being fixed.
