anand-tall and handsome
siddhi-short and sweet
shilpa-fat and bubbly
rohit- fair and lovely
raveena- stupid and crazy
vikram-smart and smiling
pinku-healty and simple.
all the above were sitting and having gala time in the cafeteria of government law college,mumbai ! they are all final year LAW student.😉they bunked their second period and were planing to quit third period too. (as raveena and shilpa are younger than anand and siddhi respectively they should be in the lower class...but i want them to be together for easy writing😊)
vikram:'guys...lets go out...😛'he suggested
raveena:'nahi nahi😒... ghar kay log koi dek le gay tho?😲...mai chaar bajay thak college kay bahaar nahi jaane waali...'she immediately refused with valid reason.
shilpa:'haan...mai bhi...waise aaj hamai 3rd period miss karna nahi cha hi yeh...'
siddhi:'kyun...?'😕...'
shilp:'bhool gaye kya😲... today on wards we are going to have new professor for Indian Criminal Law...'
rohit:'oh yeh!...i remember...ek number ka khdoos sir hai...let us run...late hongay tho he will not allow us to enter the class...'he warned them.
siddhi:'is it?😲...'
pinku:'we have hardly five minutes to start our next session...'he said looking at his wrist.they all jumped up from their seat and rushed towards their class room.
shilpa tried had to walk fast with her over weight body...pinku tried to followe her.
anand,vikram, raveena, rohit and shiddi ran one behind the other.
raveena:'rohit...walk fast...'she screamed at rohit. rohit turned back and looked at siddhi...she could not manage with her small and short steps with others...
rohit:'sidd...fast...'
siddhi: ' ...i am...'she obeyed him...the result...her right leg sandal broke!
siddhi:' ouch!...'she stopped with her twisted foot.
rohit:'kya hua?😕' he too stopped with her.
siddhi:'sweetu...tum jao...😔' she said looking at her broken sandal...
rohit:'isse... kaise?...😔' he hesitated
siddhi:' no worry...tumai tho bahane bana na achcha aata hai...tum aagay jao...aur kuch karo...mai aajaun gi...😊' she discarded the broken sandal and tried to walk with sandal in one leg.
except siddhi other all enter the class room few seconds before the class starts...the new professor was present in the class 5 minutes before time. rohit, raveena, vikram, shilpa and pinku went back to the last row and took their seat.

the new professor who was standing on a slightly raised platform in front of the white borad, facing the students , was kind enough to give few more seconds for the students to settle down before he stats his lecture.
professor:'well😊...i hope you all know... i am kunal chopda...your new professor for Indian Criminal Law...😊'he addressed the students with a pleasing smile.
pinku:'sidd kyun nahi aaye...😕'he whisphered
raveena:'where is she?...😔'while they were worrying about siddhi...
siddhi:'hu...hu...excuse me...hu...😔'she asked for excuse in between her irregular breath.
professor:'yes!...😡'he turned towards the door.
siddhi:...she was in her half white long self designed skirt and baby blue sleeveless long blouse...a fancy long white scarf around her neck. with minimal accessories she stood like a beautiful white marble statue! her shinning straight hair with front bangs made her look more attractive...in a nano second his eyes photo copied her.
siddhi:'sir...wo...'she said peeping in to the class room without caring the professor.
professor:'i don't encourage late comers...😡...'his bold voice grabbed her attention.
siddhi:😲...she quickly turned her neck and looked at him...the middle aged man who was standing on the platform looks as if he is ready for his ramp walk! most modest person she ever saw!!...he was in blue and white striped full sleeve dress shirt ..matching blue tie...and navy blue dress pants...she stood still staring at him...as if forgot to blink!
shilpa:'rohit...kuch karo...'she whispered.
rohit:'sir...bechaari...physically challenging girl! 😔...'he stood up from his seat and said almost in a crying tone.
kunal:'what!😲...'he gave a displeased look at rohit.
rohit:'sir...she has polio in her leg...😔' he said keeping his face very sad.
siddhi:'haaa...!😲...i have polio...!😲...!😡...'she looked at her own leg.other students closed their mouth and chuckled. a wave of murmur passed in the class room.
rohit:'thay kho na sir...srif ek pair mai sandal hai...😔'he tried to prove.
kunal:😲 ...he looked at her white feet...one with sandal ,one without......' she was trying to stand properly with one leg.he felt sorry for her at the same time he realized that other students are giggling at her keeping their lips tight.
rohit:'sir...i can help her...'he rushed to her and hold her upper arm for support...
siddhi:😲...😡
rohit:'sir ...shall i take her in...😃'he asked kunal's permission.
kunal:'ummm...but not again...'even though he felt sorry for her ,he don't want to be lenient.
rohit:'sure sir...'siddhi walked dragging her right leg.
siddhi:' what...the heck sweetu! 😡why did you tell such a big lie...😡'
rohit:'tch! aur kya karta...😒'
siddhi:'uff tum bhi na...😒...' she went and sat beside rohit.
rohit:' no worry...he won't remember...😊'
siddhi:
anand:'bhaiya ne hamai bathaya nahi...😕'he whispered to raveena.they never knew that kunal is going to teach them.
raveena:'wahi tho...😕'
kuanal:'guys...now i would like to start the class...shall we😊?'his voice hooked the attention of the whole class. siddhi got impressed by the way he caught their attention ... unlike other professors...instead of telling formal words like...listen to me... silence please ...keep quite...don't talk, ...all those words she hate to hear.
kunal:'before i start let me complete my introduction😊...i am kunal chopda ...bombay high court lawyer...deputed by the high court authorities to this college to teach you for this semester...' he spoke each and every word very clearly.
siddhi:😛...sweetu...suna tum ne😃...he is high court lawyer...😍'she said dreamingly.
rohit:'haan...he should be...look at his age...more than 40...'he said irritatingly.
siddhi:' age pe maat ja sweetu...look at him...!...😍'
rohit:😲...😡...'
kunal:'..indian criminal law...😊' he said and at the same time wrote it on the white board with blue marker pen.the way he hold the marker... his writing style...impressed the students.
kunal:' i hope you all will be knowing about Indian Criminal Laws ...as you are all in the final year you should be...before i proceed let us review the basic things😃...' he had a jolt notes paper on the table.
siddhi:😍 she was impressed with his style of lecture with out looking in to the books...unlike other lecturers those who keep the open book in hand and read out from it and they them self don't understand what they are reading.
kunal:'well...indian criminal laws are divided into three major acts...indian penal code, criminal procedure, and indian evidence act...in addition to these 3 laws special criminal laws are also passed by indian parliament...like...prevention of corruption act, food adulteration act, dowery prevention act, commission of sati act etc...' there was a flow in his lecture.
vikram:'...this is what a lecture...😛...first time feel like listening the lecture...'
anand:'true...😃...'
kunal:'capital punishment in india is legal but rarely used. the last execution was conducted in 2004, when dhananjoy chatterjee was hanged for the rape and murder of a 14-year old girl...'he paused his lecture and looked at the student to know whether they are following him.

kunal:' homosexuality in india is also a criminal offense, though never prosecuted...'he carried forward his lecture.
rohit:😛
kunal:' under a victorian era criminal statute which faced a constitutional challenge at the delhi high court from 2002-2009.the court 'read down' section 377 by holding that consensual sexual acts between adults is outside the ambit of the law...' he continued.
while giving the lecture he scanned the whole class with his sharp eyes,he looked at every single student...slowly walking from one end of the stage to other, casually playing with the marker...then and there writing the difficult words on the board...

kunal:'with this we end this session...😃'he put down the marker on the table.
siddhi:'so soon!😲...'she wonder.
kunal:'next class we will learn about the rights of victims in the indian criminal justice system...😃'
vikram:😊
kunal:'by the way...you may be knowing that the bollywood actor shiney ahuja's case...😊'
student:' yaaa...we know...😃' they said in chorus.
kunal:'...he has been convicted for raping his maid... now the maid had backtracked from her allegation where as his medical reports and all other evidence are against ahuja...'
students:😕...they wonder why he is talking about his case...
kunal:'i would like to see how you will argue this case for shiney ahuja...this is your assignment...😃'
students:'assignment!😲...first day itself...'they were unhappy.
siddhi:'sir shall we take maid side...😛' she screamed from the crowd.
kunal:😃...he raised his one eye brow and looked at the direction of siddhi. she raised on her toes to show her face.
kunal:'yep...'without catching her face he step down the plat form and walked out.
students:' wow...what a lecture!...amazing😛..'they were still standing in their class room and wondering.
siddhi:' tum thono kyun kuch nahi bol rahey hai...😕'she turned back and asked anand & raveena.
raveena:'kyun ki wo hamare elder bro hai...😊' she informed.
siddhi:'what!😲...really...really...😛' she could not believe that.
raveena:'kya really...really...wo hamare bade bhaiya hai...😃'
siddhi:'really!😲...'
rohit:'fir se really...😆' he teased her.
siddhi:'nahi ...wo ...yeah thono tho ek number kay dumbho hai...par he...!😛...'
anand:'madam...paancho ungliyan ek jaise nahi ho thay...fir bhi ek hi haath mai hote hai na...😆'
rohit:😆...
