One thing I don't understand , why Prats failed to impress the Thakurs all these years ? Cari, as U noticed it rightly, the Amma and GD are going still backwards in their thought and actions. Instead of giving big bhashans Prats has to adopt smart techniques to lure them to do right things.It would have been a hilarious and interesting track to watch them learning new things and adopting the new life style and their hicupps in doing so. Prats has got the talent and caliber as she is able to change Krish to some extent
When she used the word 'Galaat' That exerts the breaks on their will to listen... because she has indirectly insulted their choice of actions or standards, which causes her to loose them off her side. Instead of using words to relate to their thoughts like 'I understand', 'May I suggest', 'You maybe right' etc, she retaliates and uses negative language instead of positive words to calm them to a degree of approachability.
Hence they tell her to talk to the hand instead.
But the Thaks are not innocent either - because they are set in their ways which they believe is right.
