PV timing in canada

People who have ATN subscriber, Hey In canada ATN only show one time only PV at 12 :30 ET
why they don't show at 9 pm or 10 pm.
I guess ATN always give Star Plus programmer importance. Don't u agree. i will email them to ask them to so at night maybe u do same.

they show it at 10:30 and then repeat at 2 or something..
