Because people find interest when there is fight between evil and good and when good defeats evil. Here Taps is out so with whom goodness will fight and disgrace so low TRP. When Nani will be punished again TRP will rise because logo ko burayee ka torture pasand ata hain. It happens in all serials. TRP rises when there is fight between eveil and good and when goodness wins over evil . When there was Rashmi than also people showed less interest because she was not bashed by any one. Isse rashmi ka hona na hona fark nahin parta .

audience stopped seeing this show as they cant bear these type of character
audience are bored and afraid seeing ugly faces and who cant act except cry

unless rashmi comes back to uttaran nothing and noone can help uttaran
