@Gagan- Yes, character depth and growth is one of the most important things in a story. I think that's one thing the 'other' show later failed to do...after the intial months that is. And the same applies for all shows, after the first few months of development i just halts...esp in love stories, after they accept and confess nothing matters anymore. However this show show has so much potential as it's not just a love story between the protaganists but also the story of parents bonding with their new step-children, and how they overcome that.

Absolutely agree with Gagan here... Her husband abandoning her for another woman must be eating her from within. As a woman , when the man leaves her especially after they have a child is humiliating.She is shown to be a perfect bahu, daughter and a mother . In her POV she did not fulfill her role as a wife in an exemplary manner else her husband would not have left her..(My guess is her husband leaves her coz she is too homely 😕 ) She feels she is lacking in something...I am curious how Yash post a marraige with help her get over her inferiority complex...
