When Indu asked about his parents was the right time for Rishi to tell the truth come what may. But he took it lightly and in a filmi way purchased fake parents. Can any self respecting girl would have forgiven him for that?

Slightly negative. Not completely negative like his greedy brother Sameer. That slightly negative is also an impression Indu might have got.
Once things are in proper perspective, Rishi's real self will come out which will be hopefully positive.
I felt sorry for him and Indu when Indu packed his things and closes the door.
The lesson is that if one goes on telling lies, it will be difficult to believe if that person tells the truth.
One cannot blame Indu for the reaction.

To keep so much poison against one's own parents. In that case how Sameer was not affected? I think Rishi must have lied lot and got punishment. He seems to be a habitual lier.
Rishi's character is defective. And slighly negative.
Just to win Indu's heart, he said so many negative things about his parents and tried to show himself as the wronged. This is quite repulsive.

Indira gave many chances to Rishi to tell the truth but he did not ..he keep on doing mistakes by bringing Fake parents n those fake parents insulted indira badly .. that was not required 😕 ..
I feel really bad for Indira here ...she is the one who has suffered more than Rishi ..Cvs justification about Rishi actions was @ because his childhood was not pleasant @ is not very strong.. my POV ... let see aage aagee Cvs kaise justify karte hai Rishi ke character ko lekar
@ bold: I guess one could say why is everyone at the Sharma house not more like Indira? Each person is different and parents should try and love their children equally but unfortunately that is not always the case. Sameer for his parents was exactly what they wanted in a child, his behaviour, his aspirations etc. however Ricky was none of those things so from this perspective Sameer would not have been affected the same way as Ricky as he was doing exactly what his parents wanted him to do and therefore they had no reason to ill treat him (be it emotionally or otherwise).
Same could be said in the Sharma house? How come Kutumb treats Munna better than Indira, even if he does wrong she doesn't seem to say anything yet if Indira is even doing the right thing she is always harping on her and putting her down and toying with her emotions. You can't say it's because Munna is a boy because she treats Mundira better than Indira as well. Each child is affected differently if their parents treat them differently (one always being praised while the other is criticized).
@bold: As for him painting his parents in a negative light just so he could come off looking like the victim, Since when is telling the truth (which btw I fully believe he was telling the truth) then how is that repulsive?
