The Day has arrived ...the celebration to honour love is finally here at the threshold
of our hearts bringing excitement

Love is the most precious thing on earth and it goes into your head like
heady wine

Who has not experienced the darts of the crazy Cupid?

Once the darts have hit it's mark you have become blind
all of a sudden your feet don't touch the ground.. the world's hues have assumed a more vibrant colour..

The blue of the skies have turned azure..

the bird's chirping have become the song of your heart.

You're floating in the clouds.

The sense of being alive is exhilarating..
and the moonlit nights with its shimmering diamonds just takes you into their world...

Every heart beat is your beloved's and every waking moment

You want to be with the one whom you love.

To know someone reciprocates your love gives u wings to fly ...

One glance from your love makes your heart to soar andto beat fast that u are scared somebody can actually hear your loud heart beats.

Guys, I'm talking about romantic love.

So on Valentine's Day do we celebrate only romantic love?

No romantic love is only a part of the whole circle of love.

We celebrate the love that is found all around us..

Can we take some precious time to send a V-Card

A word of encouragement

A thank you card as a token of our appreciation

for the love showered on us by our near and dear ones?

This way we celebrate our love for our dear ones...

Sometimes life doesn't give us second chances..
therefore we get an opportunity on Valentine's Day!

To give back the love showered on us.

What is truelove?

It is sacrificial love, one that rejoices
when our loved ones are happy...

Experience the pain when they are sad, challenging and supporting them
to reach their goals..know their unsaid feelings
knowing that life would come to a standstill if they are taken from us...

A gentle zephyr caressing you with its fragrance making you feel alive...

Along with the churning of emotions there's also this beautiful peace

giving you the reassurance that you are loved for who u really are.

Those who have found their soul mates are the luckiest people alive

on the face of the earth.

They should hold on tight to their Valentines

so that the cords that bind them would never be broken.

So Valentine's Day is indeed a celebration of true love ..

We can celebrate true love not only on this day but all the days of our life..😳

Valentine Day is not a holiday but a special day celebrated on

Feb 14 every year

There are many legends regarding the origin of Valentine's Day.

The most popular ones are:

One legend dates back to the Roman Empire days in the third century. Valetinus was a priest during King Claudius reign..Some say he was imprisoned for his Christian beliefs. Some say that he helped many young soldiers to marry.. This was in direct conflict against the king's orders who wanted his army to remain strong by remaining single and free from emotional

commitments..During his imprisonment he healed the blind jailor's daughter of her blindness. They fell in love and the night before he was killed he wrote a goodbye note signed

"Your Valentine "

He was executed on February 14.

Valentine's Day is celebrated in memory of him.

Another one :

dates to the Roman Empire times where they celebrated the festival of Lupercaliacelebrating male God Lupercus and Juno the goddess of women and marriage..

Young women during this festival would write their names and drop them in the box..Young men would choose a name from the box and marry them. From thoseearly times people celebrate mid February as a special time for love

There are many symbols for Valentine's Day such as hearts, roses and Cupids. Symbol of Cupid also comes from Roman times'Cupid the blind playful son of Love Goddess Venus would shoot arrows into people's heart and cause

them to fall in love
