Kokila is just in dishing out punishments. In the beginning she humilated Gopi in many ways when she made mistakes. These where actually Raashi's Kalakaari's. Now she did not have any partiality towards Ahem and also punished him and humilated him.
Kokila is basically insecure in nature because from young her mother used to humilate her in front of her siblings to make her strong and face the world. Maybe she is trying this on both Gopi and Ahem. Anyway she is completely right about about Raashi and Urmila. I hope Ahem and Gopi finds about the real face of Urmi and Raashi. I hope Gopi develops a strong backbone and gives Raashi what she deserves.
