uploading videos

can someone pleez tell me how i can upload videos from zeeshare and post them on this website? i'd really appreciate ur help.

Upload from zeeshare....

First you chose which type of file it is (video...music or any other)

Then there you click browse to locate the file u have that u wanna upload

Then you name that file you give it a name or description

Then u click the button upload and wait till the file is completly uploaded (will take almost an hour depending on the file size)
