i am always intrigued by Ahemji's childhood ever since the ludo game... he did not know how to play it... never been to a movie,,,he hates holi,...wonder if he ever played galli cricket or even know about book cricket,...no friends ...never seen him hanging out with his friends (thats a major setback)... Is this called growing up...

all he knows is kite flying (her Ahem dikra should win the competition with savithaben) and diwali crackers...again it is also a status symbol for koki...that her Ahem dikra should light the big cracker in the end...

poor guy what a deprived childhood being the heir of Modis...my heart goes to not Ahem Modi but my Ahemji...🤗

Ahemji -- family - money - love -siblings -parents - education -----> yet deprived childhood
Gopi - No family - no money -no love - no siblings - no parents-no education-->deprived childhood...

When these two deprived souls finally meet ... i think it's gonna be an amazing story ...

It will take a long time for them to come out of their cocoons. The part that makes me smile is when Panna makes a prank call to Ahem and tells Gopi that it's the dhobi. I want to see that Gopi again, but I doubt that will ever happen!

Now, I'm gonna watch that video again.

Munni... I thought you were moving on to lighter matters 😆..
But to come back to topic.. I think Ahem still had a few nice moments like the mango picking he enjoyed, the carom he seemed to like and so on.. Except, you are right, in his mother's drive and ambition that he has made his own, he seems to have forgotten to sit back and enjoy.
I guess he never could be a free spirit like Jigar and had to prove himself at every step..
Well, there is nothing to say about Gopi. But surprisingly both have no bitterness towards the lost childhood, Ahem because he doesn't really know what he missed to miss it and Gopi because she made herself content with whatever she had...
And when these two discover their childhood together, it will be really wonderful as both will be able to revel in it feeling secure about their partners..
A very good post by the way👏

I just watched it 3X already.

I'm still hoping for the NRI to drop by and be mesmerized by Gopi. Maybe he can make her laugh as they are sitting in the garden bench and having a cup of tea. Ahem can watch from the roof as his wife's eyes twinkle in happiness and his khoon kholling as he watches his friend woo his wife from right under his nose. 😍😍
