Hey ppl ,

My first topic (apart updates ) in this forum ...

Anyways , i agree with papaji , Megha apologizing isnt going to change anything in Sanjays life, there is no gurantee it wont happen again ...

Why Sanjay dont trust himself , the ladies crying well expected , why is sanjay so so so helpless sort of person ? u once loose respect at work , it will never come back no matter wat and if u bend once , u have to bend always

Yes Sanjay's papa was very good today. Advised him to stand for himself. But sanjay is too weak. But yes because of the precap, now sanjay will have to look for his new option. Maybe this will help him gain confidence about his capabilities.

Breezy: Sanjay's father words were of a man who has never compromised in his life but Sanjay is a scared man. He is looking at a quick fix solution and not a permanent one. But, it's easier to say, find another job but difficult to find another.

I understand about his father , sanjay is looking at quick one ok , but has he gone deaf when rastogi said , he would consider not stopping illtreating mohan but but not sure of that , and this should have a permanent solution not quick one ... when a person has 10yrs of experience its not that hard to get one , with out even trying how can one say its hard to find another one ...

@ an12345678 no denying sanjay heard wat he wanted to , but rastogi made it clear pretty clear , well Indore is a small city , ok his father said he would try , why could sanjay think in same manner, how can he even think of working in same environment where he is ridiculed by co workers too , is beyond my understanding , is it caz of job , or lack of trust depends as i still say no matter how small a place is , if one looks honestly hey will get wt they are looking for
