Rashmi Desai better known as Tapasya from the television serial 'Uttaran'was recently spotted in the capital. We must admit that there are very few actresses who look glamorous even without makeup and Rashmi is surely one of them. The actress was captured shopping in the busy streets of Delhi.And she looked absolutely stunning even without wearing makeup.On the other hand, for many actresses stepping out without wearing makeup means not being recognized but it was the other way round for Rashmi. The actress was mobbed by her fan frenzy, but her brothers who were along with her protected her from the crowd.

Rashmi said that it was a lovely experience for her as she enjoyed shopping
and even being mobbed by her fans was a moment of pride for her as she
