story behind nanav...

okay guys...so arhiless sunday was just about to kill me so i was watching some of the previous episodes and i noticed something that i didnt really pay any attention to b4...is there a story behind nannav...i mean why nk calls arnav "nannav"...

is it simply because he finds it difficult to pronounce??? i doubt that...

in one of the episodes when khushi asks him why does he call him nannav he says that its a secret...

and again in the new year night episode when again she asks him the same question...he begins with..."actually bohot saal pehle..." but khushi stops him...or rather interupts him...

so there is a story behind nk calling arnav "nannav" isnt it

wonder what it is???
