Yes, Katrina does the same to a point but Katrina seriously doesn't seem to basically LIVE to make men fall in love with her and give her her way. Agree. Priyanka has her weak points. She does seem to be a little too conscious of the
members of the opposite sex. she does do the giggling, coy act instead of being
friendly but buddy buddy like todays reigning queen Katrina Kaif.
(By the way i dont agree with the point of katrina having done radical surgery. seen
pics of her childhood and teen years and she is just gorgeous in them) as she
was in Boom and Namatey India.
Thats where katrina scores over Priyanka. She is just loved by every costar but none
of the wives can complain because its so obviously platonic.
Priyanka kind of put a foot wrong by cosying upto Akshay Kumar, but not because
she was trying to further her career but because she got attracted to him. And thats
where she lost out. No movies with Akshay. If furthering her career by sleeping with
heroes was her plan she wouldnt have rejected Salman. No movies with Salman
either; but she doesnt seem to care.
she got attracted to SRK and it showed. She forgot you dont accompany a male costar
all over town and outside and not get talked about. she forgot gauri not letting srk act
with her would further harm her career. this does not seem like a hard headed career
girl to me.it does seem scatter brain unable to control her impulses kind of behaviour.
she has these two conflicting sides. one - very professional ambitious capable career woman
- the other, emotional, intense, devil may care,rash.
I dont think its any use comparing Vidya balan to Priyanka or any other heroine other than
Konkona and Tabu. All formidable talents but they never fit the slot of glamour
puss all the others fit into.
Even personality wise, Vidya and Konkona are kind of brainy, you dont mess with me
types. They will never flirt with anyone or chamchofy any hero director for roles. Vidyas
been extremely fortunate in the movies she was offered. They highlighted her strengths
as an actress while fitting her persona.
Freida - i get the feeling she might have been another Bollywood mainstream heroine
if she had got the offers. Its her good fortune, she got chosen for Hollywood. That
happens to an Indian actress like once in a blue moon.
