I think it a plot of Meera to separate KRiya.
She might have bribed doctor to say false things about Krishna sothat she could succeed in breaking their relationship.

She somehow wants to separate them sothat she can have Krisha as her soulmate

that was my thought s also
after that pratgya will in kitchen and thinking about that what to do and faint and other doc comes and confirms her about her preganncy and pratgya will goo in deep concern that why that lady doc tell him false repor t and she will finf out about meera...
but meera cant seperate them they are soulmates...
