Well I guess their fate was written with a broken pencil alright. Both men are equally disgusting - they treated women as disposable creatures who can be manipulated and used for the gratification of men.

Rishabh was more openly evil than Brahma has been if you want to credit him with that much. But, other than that, he is in no way, less guilty than Bramha. Their thoughts and consequently, their actions, I believe, are equally low and detrimental. And you're right, Rishabh "loved" Tara more than anything, while Bramha supposedly adores Aditya. However, each use their child as a weapon against those who threaten their "superiority." Clearly, their love for their children is a pretense - there is nothing lovable about it. Their lives centre around their own needs and they use their "loved" ones in upholding their false sense of pride.

Perhaps Rishabh didn't get much of a punishment, but I think it was great for Uttara. She killed the demon that had prevented her from living for so many years. And, at that time, she was not shown to be as such a cunning woman as she later proved to be. Her innocence perhaps, died with her husband.
