If you start picking story out of those serial, well big aploag they all the same.

This story concentrate more in a mental abusive, PA, along with viraj being a mental freq... That's the main story line.. I wouldn't compare those with this, bcs this have compete different way of telling the story. Here we are seeing this mans pagalpan...

And also how his mentality works,.. Not like other where they had clearly no reason! Just shoved a story line...

I am still enjoying this, ad I still find its completely new... If you think it's similar then it's your POV...
And if you say it's same... Then all those serial copied sleeping with enemy lol..

Totally agree...I'm still in and enjoying the drama...waiting for future track...I just hope whatever cvs want to show ,the battle should remain between jahn n viraj..i dnt want any third person between them ...

@ binge - thanks for understanding my POV 😊

@ all -

Binge's post says it all - actually the track of planning and plotting to win someone's heart is seen in almost every serial and hence it becomes the same old planning/revenge/forgiveness storyline.

It's okay if it is just one incident - but my fear is that this one incident will further lead to more plotting and planning and revenge which we have seen before 😕

What hooked me to this serial was the complexities of Viraj's character and how Jahnvi fights back -

I just hope the CVs can explore the complications of husband and wife relation; Viraj's childhood trauma; the legal battles in a more realistic manner

I know everyone has their own likes and dislikes but I am pretty sure that most of us would love to see something new, original, something out-of-the-box in this serial
😊

I get what you're saying, but I have to disagree.

Viraj is abusive and tortures Jahnvi. Obsession is a part that automatically comes with his personality now. We know he's a bit obsessive compulsive from the start- and loves seeing everything in perfect condition. I don't think you can separate the obsessive bit from his abusive personality to be honest. They go hand in hand. It's been shown from the start that he loves Jhanvi, but his clinical illness takes the better of him and forces him to go to the extremes- and obsession is a part of it. He wants to make sure Jhanvi doesn't run away.

Also, I don't think Jhanvi has the willpower to take any sort of revenge from Viraj. She's shown as a person who thinks a lot about her decisions, but goes back to giving Viraj one more chance. She has no other option anyways. Viraj keeps a check on her every move. I doubt any track of revenge will pop up- I think that's highly unlikely keeping Jhanvi's character sketch in mind ... She's more of the " I will try to cure him" types. She always does end up thinking that there is a good part to him- and there may be- who knows?

I have to admit there are certain points where I feel that Viraj does love her a lot and I feel bad, but his illness just makes him go psycho and do things out of his control. I think that there is a huge possibility of Jhanvi curing him.

Also, the story moves at a super fast pace. There has to be more amazing things to keep the audience glued. :) Don't worry! I'm sure stuff like Viraj's past and more interesting things will keep coming.

CVs seem hell bent to kill this serial 😕

Already, this serial has deviated a lot from it's initial concept - instead of an abusive, hot-tempered Viraj, we are seeing so much of plotting and planning and jasoosgiri and now the news comes that Viraj's character might die and then will resurface - it seems one of those Ekta's serials 😡 💔

If instead of all these conspiracies and plotting and planning, CVs would have shown Viraj angry at J for Daadi, taunting J but still trying to change himself for baby's sake - it would have been more real and more humane! But nehi - CVs are trying to make Viraj the villain no. 1 and more unecessary melodrama! 👎🏼

They need to show more about Viraj's past! At the moment they're focusing on Dadi and all her efforts are getting wasted.Jhanvi was beginning to change him when he had that accident but then Sanjay turned up👎🏼.She wants him to change when the baby arrives, but will that happen? If it's a girl what will happen? Or if she miscarries could it be worse for her?

Hello Doyel,

I agree with you to some extent. Viraj seemed to be a very shrewd and intelligent ( there is a very thin line between a genius and an eccentric person and Viraj straddled both the worlds). According to me, there was no need for Viraj to get Gangadhar trapped. That was a cliche. Jahnvi would have stayed with him anyways. Getting Sanjay arrested was a no no as a person like Viraj would have preferred to keep his tracks covered. But what takes the cake is the dadi's entry. Viraj could have easily put his foot down and told Jahnvi in private that he does not suffer guests in his house. Jahnvi would have made sure that dadi does not stay for long. A wily man like Viraj getting outsmarted by the dadi is a bit difficult to digest.

The Cvs should not paint Viraj totally black as that will do away with the charm of this show. Instead of being a saas bahu show, it is becoming a saas damaad saga. So much for being a different show!😆 I hope I am not on the verge of being disappointed yet again.

Btw, I am Sharmila.

Well I disagree...

I think, the makers are showing us glimpse into what all Viraj can do... He can go to any extent to keep Jhanavi to him... He has been scaring her till now... He knew Jhanavi had soft corner for her family, that's why earlier he was acting helpful to them... Post rape he must have realized that Jhanavi will spill the beans... So to shut her, he scammed Gangadhar... Family and their happiness and welfare is Jhanavi's weakness... Jhanavi was continuing to stay with him, as her family was happy, and Viraj was taking good care of them...When this fact will come out, she will know that Viraj can't be good to anyone... And that will be her breaking point as she can take any amount of torture, but won't have her family suffer...

I agree with you that this what the CVs are trying to show. But does not this act of Jahnvi make a her as selfish as Viraj. I mean does Jahnvi really think that OK, I will stay with you because you look after my family and love them and now that I know you were pretending, I won't stay with you, you and your motivations don't mean a thing to me.

That makes Rajvi partners in the crime of being users.

You really want the story end before it starts?

I completely disagree with you...

A story can not move anywhere without the basic plot...
This story would be nothing nor high trp if it started with janvi fighting for er self from the beginning...

Every story needs a setting, and for past nearly 4 weeks that's what is showing... You can't expect this serial to start and bring its end right the next day...

Because its showing such scene now, we clearly know when janvi do fight back it is justified.

When have you read a story without setting?
Never... All story have beginning, mid and then end...

So that's what this story also doing.

Hi, enjoyed reading your POV and also agree with your say but tell me something, don't you thing that the CVs have erred by showing that a tenacious woman like Jahnvi can take all that torture, pain and even rape and who can even then feel a smattering of love for Viraj will suddenly turn vengeful when she knows that Papa does not exactly love Mummy's family. I really wanted Viraj to be redeemed and cured but now Cvs plan to show him as a murderer of watchman then I may be hoping in vain.

@sharmila - thanks for understanding my POV and I loved your posts! 🤗

Seriously, the only difference this show seems to have is that instead of saas-bahu saga, it's the daadisaas-damaad war!😆
