He is Rey's best friend or as they like to call themselves "The Chuddi Buddies". He is like a brother to Rey and always has to cover for him. He saw Rey and Kriya in the locked room during the RDX's party and thought that Rey has feelings for Kriya, but Vicky was not serious about this (Though Rey really loves Kriya very very much)

Vicky believed in Rey's 'Funda' that a girl is the other name of trouble until he falls in love with Neha, Kria's best friend during he RDX party. He becomes so mesmerised by her new avatar at the RDX party,and both of them spend a special time together where he starts having feelings for her. But still after that he tends to be mean towards Neha and weaklings at times.However gradually his view on them like Rey changed too and got fed up with the fights between the two groups.During the trip he openly tells Rey that he likes Neha of which Rey tries to take advantage like he asks Vicky to do something,giving him the hope that Neha would like it.

It is a running gag in the show that whenever Vicky looks at Neha, he feels that he is falling into a pool and hears the song 'Jab se tere naina' in the background. When all the boys go for a Boys Night out- he openly admits to them that he is love with Neha, after which he takes help of Rey and Swayam to impress Neha. He is too possessive about her and doesn't even leave his best friends when they say anything against Neha - like yelling at Nilesh when he called her a weakling and even kidnapped Rey for her sake. He has a strong dislike for a guy named Ali who keeps hitting on Neha. Recently he is behaving very filmy and watching Hindi films to impress Neha. He calls Neha as 'Meri dewaani' and Neha sometimes calls him 'Dewaana'.

Apart from Rey, he has a strong friendship with Nilesh and both of them make the comic impact of the show. Sometimes his weird behaviour and catching him awkward situations, made Nilesh doubt that he is interested in Boys which later got clarified. However it was shown at times that Nilesh knew that Vicky was attracted to Neha. He is one of the main and strongest dancers of the team. He is an amazing poper. Vickey and Neha are the lead dancers of Bollywood night event and shows a mindboglling chemistry. Also, they are a couple since he proposed to her in a cafe. A new guy from KR college invites the d3 gang to a party, and he was gonna go with Neha. But Neha's parents were too Strict and did not allow her to go to that Party. So Vicky had to go to the Couple entry party with Kriya who was ditched by Swayam because he decided not to come to the party.

Neha

Neha is Kriya's first friend in St.Louis college.Before Kria came,Neha had no friends and so she always talked to herself by using third person form.She is very weak in English but tries very hard to improve it, and is thus called as 'Miss Reverse English' and 'Miss Verbal Diarrhea'.She becomes a member of the weakling dance team after Kria discovers her hidden talent. Neha had a huge crush on their cultural head RDX (Ravi Dixit).

During the RDX's party,she dresses in a new look to impress RDX,shocking everyone in her new avataar and also gets Vicky mesmerized by her.she gets drunk and declares her crush for RDX on the rooftop thus letting everyone know.However during the party,she and Vicky spend some time together,after which she begins to have feelings for him but does not express it as much as Vicky.Though she still admires RDX which makes Vicky jealous at times.

She's a very charming girl and one of the strongest dancers in their team.She refers to Vicky as 'dewana' at times and vice versa he calls her as 'Meri Deewani'.Due to Kria's misunderstanding,Vishaka and Kria make her believe that Vicky is playing with her(by pretending to like her,though he is actually in love wth her) to get information about her team.She is unaware of how much Vicky loves and adores her.She tends to make Vicky jealous by flirting with a guy named Ali who keeps hitting on her.

As once mentioned by Swayam,she is very Filmy and believes that like Raj of DDLJ,she will also meet her Mr.Right.Swayam also mentioned that she loves to read classic romantic novels like Heer-Ranja,and always finds time to read at least one book in the library everyday. vicky is stunned by neha and her Bollywood style of dancing. Neha proposes vicky in a restaurant and now they both are a couple
