Krimson Skies stalled?

There are no signs of the show launching, even the actors are clueless

The fate of the much-awaited Krimson Skies is undecided. There seem to be no signs of any development on the serial that was expected to launch early this year.

The show stars Indian Idol finalist Amit Tandon and Moon Moon alongside a bunch of newcomers. When contacted, Amit Tandon says, "It has been shelved for now. I don't know if it will be revived in future. I am quite disappointed because I was looking forward to it. I was going to sing the title song for it. But it does not matter. If I am deprived of one show, Ekta will give me another."

Amit's acting career has been considerably overshadowed by his singing career. He has so far acted in Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai and is also seen in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhu Thi post the generation leap. Amit says, "I have never looked for work outside Balaji."

Moon Moon who is seen in Kasautii Zindagi Kii was also acting in Krimson Skies.

She too is unsure of the serial's future. "I haven't shot for more than five months. I don't know what's with it. There's absolutely no news. I have missed out on good projects because when I was being offered interesting projects my dates were booked for Krimson Skies," she says.

Tanushree, the creative head of the show, says, "We have stopped shooting for the moment. We have yet to take a final decision on what to do with Krimson Skies."
