Do our favorites REALLY get better with each film?

😕😆 I think when actresses or actors proclaim they get better with each film, who are they fooling? Themselves or their fans? 😉 Some have proven their results and we don't have to question that. Like Ajay Devgan, Vidya Balan, Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, etc. These stars I mentioned are progressing with each passing day! On the other hand, others like Shahrukh Khan, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor, etc. are not getting better, only worse! 😛 Please share your thoughts. Are your favorites getting better or worse in your eyes?!

I think the majority of them are stuck at the same place.

If I had to make an expection, then I'd say that Ranbir is getting better with each passing movie.

They get better...if they had some matter in them to start with. Aamir, Karishma, Juhi are some actors who have gotten better over time. People like Abhishek, Sonam have been exposed to be non-BW material.

It varies. I'd say the more serious actors like Vidya and Ranbir are improving so far with each new film. Others, not so much.

SRK's career is like a bell curve. He started out as an okay actor then had a sharp rise to the top. Now he is going through a rapid downfall.

Salman was actually better when he began. Ever since the late 90s he has been going generally downwards. Though now I think he has kind of stabilized with the shirtless and mindless films like that Itchguard one (or maybe he's finally reached the bottom).

Sonam I'd say is actually getting better with time - in terms of being annoying. 😆

There's a difference between putting on a show & a show that actually sells. They all claim a lot of things but how many stand out?. IMO Ranbir is one actor who does, who experiments & aims to improve himself.

Katrina is definitely getting better. If you compare the Katrina in like Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya to the Kat in ZNMD there is a BIG difference. So proud of her!
