Mollywood director Vinayan is all set to make an Indianised version of Dracula

Mollywood director Vinayan is trying to rope in actress Anushka for his latest flick. If all goes well, she will be playing a prominent role in Vinayan's Dracula 2012, which is based on the famous novel by Bram Stoker.
Confirming the news, Vinayan says, "Yes, Anushka is interested in the project and she is almost confirmed. I wanted dates in February but, she has another project during that time. So, there is confusion regarding her dates. Hopefully in the coming days it will be confirmed."
However, the director has decided to go ahead with the scheduled shoot on 20th in Romania. "Since Anushka doesn't have a schedule in Romania, we have decided to go ahead with the shoot."
Anushka, who's already won critical acclaim as the lead in a horror flick (for Arundhati), will be essaying the role of an MBBS student, who is the daughter of a sorcerer. Though she in love with a boy, she is being visited by a strange man in her dreams, with whom she will fall in love. Around 15 movies have come out in Hollywood, based on Bram Stoker's novel. Vinayan hopes to give a different version of the film on Count Dracula. "I want to give an Indianised version to Dracula. This is a fantasy horror film in 3D," he says.
The makers have also planned to release the movie in Tamil, Telugu and English as well.
