i disagree!
People love Udayveer not because he is played by Ashish but the way the character is sketched out! There are lot of layers and shades to him he can be selfish self absorbed rude manipulative but beneath that there is a good person who is capable of doing good and what is just & right! His persona and princely charm is what makes him every girl's heartbeat!Ashish has definitely taken UdayVeer to a new level but without a well written character to fall back on it's tough to make an impact just with good looks & physique alone!Akash's character is one dimension, he is a good hearted man but beyond that there is nothing..no complexities no layers almost like a blank paper...you get bored. No matter how talented an actor is if his character is poorly written there is so much he can do with this limitation.Just to prove my point, Ashish plays Nikhil - Rashmi's hubby in Yeh Rishta on Star plus how many ppl noticed him??
