Hey! Haven't written in a while - just something I wanted to write about Khushi's reaction. It starts from when Khushi leaves the Raizada Mansion... I wanted it to be an OS, but will definitely update with another couple parts - it ended up being longer than I thought.

Part 1 -
"Yeh sab hamari waja se hua hai. It's all my fault." Khushi thought as she walked out of the Raizada Mansion. Her head hurt from all the constant thoughts bombarding her. She couldn't stop thinking about Anjali Ji, Arnavji, Jiji, and all the lives that had been ruined. All because of her.
Several questions haunted her.
How could she not have seen the creep for what he was sooner? How could she have been so easily fooled? And most importantly, why Anjaliji? What had Anjali ji done to deserve this? The thought made Khushi sick to her stomach. Here was Anjali ji who worshipped her husband. She was so sweet, pretty, kind, and full of love. And Shyaam ji had wronged her so badly.
What had Shyaam ji told her before she left? He had pulled her aside and pleaded with her again. Begging her not to say anything to anyone. He had told her he loved her. That word made her cringe. "Why Devi Maiya?" She wondered. "why me? Everyone near me has gone through so much trouble. All because of me. First Amma and Bauji's death. Then Jiji's shaadi breaking. Then Babuji's heart attack. And now this. Why did you make me like this? Buaji is right, I'm nothing but a plague, a curse."
Buaji. What would she say when she found out Khushi had broken off the engagement? Khushi thought back to how happy she had been with the rishta. How angry she had been when Khushi lost the ring. Khushi knew Buaji would be broken. Perhaps more so than she was. Buaji had trusted Shyaam blindly, and she wouldn't be able to handle it.
Khushi broke down sobbing as this thought came to her mind. She loved her family so much, and yet indirectly she always ended up hurting them. At that moment, she hated herself. If only she hadn't gone to the Sheesh Mahal, then she never would have gotten Jiji's wedding broken. She never would have run into Arnav Singh Raizada. She wouldn't have been defamed in all of Lucknow. And Shyaam never would have had to save her from those goons. If only she hadn't contacted Shyaam ji once she got to Delhi. If only she hadn't asked him to help her find a job.
All the moments she had trusted Shyaam began replaying in her head. How could she have been so stupid?
It was her fault. Her stupidity, her naivety. Arnavji was right, she didn't know the ways of the world. It was all about profits and manipulation and getting what you wanted at any cost. Even if it meant ruining someone like Anjali ji's life.
Anjali ji. The thought struck Khushi suddenly. How would she take it? She would break, completely. Her and Arnavji had already seen so much' and now this?
Khushi couldn't take it anymore. Her sobs were becoming uncontrollable as she collapsed to the ground. She was nowhere near home but she couldn't take it anymore. She felt like she would throw up right then
Why Devi Maiyya? Why did you save me? You should have let me die with Amma and Bauji, at least then this wouldn't have happened.
She wouldn't be able to live with herself. She couldn't even face herself, much less anyone else. She wanted to get away. Once and for all. She wanted to leave, and never come back. Maybe then everyone would finally get a chance to be happy.
And with that Khushi turned and ran. In the opposite direction of her house. She didn't know where she was going, but she knew she couldn't go back. Not yet.
Part 2 '
The phone rang. After the 3rd ring, Arnav Singh Raizada finally gave up.
"OP, HP, JP, WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU!?! If you can't answer one phone, what am I paying you to do?" He yelled in exasperation as he went to answer it.
He had been lost in thoughts of Khushi, and he hated being interrupted. She had seemed so upset today, and she hadn't told him anything. He noticed her uneasiness at being introduced to jiju, how she made an excuse to get out of the Raizada Mansion as soon as possible, and her unshed tears.
His thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice on the other line.
"Payal ji?" he asked surprised, "main abhi Akaash ko bulaata hoon."
"Nahi" Payal responded. "I was just calling because I wanted to ask if you could tell Khushi to come soon. We have to ask her about some stuff for the engagement."
Arnav's mouth opened in shock. Khushi wasn't home yet? But she had left hours ago. Where was she?
But, he didn't want Payal ji to freak out so he said, "Yes, I'll let her know. She'll be home soon."
He hung up and felt panic engulf him. Where did she go? What if she was hurt? What if something happened to her? He mentally cursed himself as he rushed to get his keys. She was so upset, he never should have let her go alone. "Khushi, don't worry, I'm coming."
PRECAP:
"ARE YOU CRAZY?!" Arnav shouted at the her. "How dare you even think that?!?! Don't you know how much everyone loves you!?!?! Agra tumhe kuch hojaata toh..."
