Thinking about it brought tears in her eyes. She just let them flow this time. She knew she didn't have to hide them from Sonia. She turned to face her and hugged her tight. She consoled her in return. Kria knew her best friend would be with her at each stop.

Still, she was uncertain. Wiping her tears after parting, Sonia whispered, "Shh' no need to hurt yourself anymore." All Kria did as a reply was nodded. After a second, she spoke in a shaky voice, "I'need time'time'to think' please...?"

Sonia nodded with a comforting smile. "Thanks you! That's all I'm asking for. It's high time to let the pain heal." Just than the doorbell rand. Sonia looked up and then back at her. "Go to your room and rest. I'll take care of everything and dinner too."

Kriya went up and leaned her head on the bed rest. She let herself dissolve in the memories of the past.

*FLASH-BACK*

Both Sharon and Kriya turned around and the music started. They were on the stage in the auditorium. With tapping of feet and other dance movements, both went back to back and challenged each other. Both were quite impressed with the different twists and popping's that they brought up with each round. The beats eventually came to an end and both stopped in the same pose. They looked at each other, breathing hard, surprised at the other person and somewhere happy to find the other balance who can challenge their dance passion.

Both came down the stairs while the crowd dispersed. Sharon brushed Rinnie and Simmi away. All the while, a person was watching; a boy to be particular. Sharon stood behind Kriya. As she turned around, Sharon held out her hand as a gesture to shake hands. Kriya looked at her with complete confusion all over her face. Sharon gave a smile which spooked Kriya even more. Nevertheless, she shaked hands with her.

Sharon spoke, "First impression, not so good. But you've surely impressed me now!"

"Umm thank you!" Kriya was still not sure if the words were honest of some sort of sarcasm.

She laughed out seeing Kriya's worried face. "Don't be spooked. Not a lot of people get to see this side of me. So, friends?"

To which Kriya replied with a scoff, "I don't know if I should be happy by this or not'" Sharon smiled again and said, "I'll take that as a yes." After a pause, she continued, "You know, you've got an amazing talent. And I'm not joking. Seriously speaking, just mind-blowing! There's also this passion in your eyes that I got a glimpse on while you were dancing. I've only seen that in one other person's eye. Rey. No one else!"

Kriya chuckled. "Not true! I'd say you have it too. Never met a person who has able to compete to my dance till the very end. Today, finally found one! This college sure has some talent!"

Sharon blushed at the compliment. "Hey! You are trying out for Footloose right? And dare you say no! I mean you have to!"

"For that I'll need a team." She replied as a matter of fact. "And, one team is already going from our school, yours. And as per rules, only one team."

Sharon considered it. She cursed, "Dammit! The LOC! How stupid of me! I was the one who created it in first place."

Kriya: "Excuse? What LOC?"

Sharon explained, "LOC. Line Of Control' you know Dazzlers, weaklings, group divide etc."

Kriya 'Oh 'ed'. Yea! I'm a weakling' If only you knew. Grr! I hate staying out of attention and lying.

Sharon thought for a while and then smiled. She said, "I have a plan. Come to rehearsal hall after school tomorrow and team will be waiting for you." She then winked at her and left before Kriya could utter a question.

This is so not the Sharon I have heard about since I entered the premises. This isn't the calm before the storm, is it? Kriya wondered.

She shrugged and took off to go to home.as she was passing the fire exit, a hand pulled her inside. She screamed due to the sudden pull but the hand covered her mouth. She closed her eyes due to fear and struggled to free her hand. It only made it worse. All it did was make the person tighten his grip on her hand. She felt a face come close her eyes. She moved her face to the side. The person whispered, "I'll leave you. But don't scream.' She nodded getting impatient to get free.

The hand moved and the grip slowly loosened. She slowly opened her eyes to look at the person in front of her. She saw those eyes and her heart beat increases. The boy looks at her as well. Both kept looking at each other for a while and they snapped out and blinked away at the same time.

She spoke hoping her tone sounded mad, "How dare you? Don't you have manners? Who are you?"

The boy spoke with pride in his voice, "Rey'Reyansh Singhania."

She had heard that name before. But where? Then she remembered. She spoke, "Oh! Rey' the spoiled bratty kid of rich parents! What do you want from me?"

He moved a step closer to her and whispered in her ear's huskily, "Don't believe what you hear." He then moved back with a smirk on his face and continued, "I want to talk to you."

Kriya replied, "Well, I don't!" she turned to leave but he stopped her and pulling her back, trapped her by the wall.

A knock on the door woke Kriya. She wasn't sleeping to be exact but she did have her eyes closed as she relived the past. She said, "Come in." Sonia came in.

"There's someone here to see you." Kriya thought. See me?! Unless it's one of my co-workers' but they don't know where I live. And no one knows me here other than few people. Who is it!

She nodded towards Sonia and said, "I'll be down soon." Sonia left closing the door softly and Kriya got up and went in the washroom to freshen up.
