Actor Rauf Khalid dies in a traffic accident
Famous actor and director Rauf Khalid died in a traffic accident on Thursday. Motorway police officials said that Rauf Khalid received serious injuries in a traffic accident near Sheikhupura when he was to Islamabad from Lahore. They said that the police shifted him to Sheikhupura hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. He was a creator and writer of famous Pakistani Dram "Angar Wadi" and "Laag". He also wrote famous comedy drama Guest House in 1991. The Ex-serviceman (bureaucrat), Rauf Khalid was known for his Kashmir based patriotic plays. Rauf was the founding President and Chancellor of the National Institute of Cultural Studies, Lok Virsa Islamabad.
