Hmmm. Check no. 1 celebrity's profile. People commenting there in every minute 😕 and the calculation process is - They select highest comments, views, ratings. Thats the base, then they compare with other celebs!! Thats why AB & PG's ranking fluctuating.

And for the pictures there's some rules. Picture quality should be nice & clear. It should be 500X500. And usually they don't accept pictures from FB as its quite personal.
