What is LACKING in FIRANGI girls?!! - Page 3

ok haven't posted in a long time...but I just really felt an urge to today. seriously why are girls who are light skinned considered "firangi" i admit that the whole "i can't speak a word of hindi but still am the lead in this movie" is annoying as hell. But that doesn't make them look non indian or non pakistani for that matter. I was born in pakistan to 100% desi parents from lahore. I am am very light skinned but that doesn't mean I don't look pakistani. I mean these girls your talking about "look" more indian than aishwarya rai or other actresses in bollywood. The only thing they lack is that they can't speak the language correctly at all. Which is very retarded i admit when they can find girls who do speak the language fluently all over the country. But again, its so annoying that you all think that just because someone is fair skinned that they don't look indian. I think you are just adding fuel to the fire with that stereotype which people believe around the world. So seriously stop with this whole "these girls looks white" because they don't at all. I live in america and no one will ever think those girls are white. They definitely look like they are desi or middle eastern. Trust me. With their noses and sharp features. I don't think so. also people consider zarine to look just like katrina right? and zarine is 100% indian. Im sure there are many other girls in india who look like her. India is a very diverse country and every part of that country has people who look different.

and also maybe theses actresses may be successful commercially, but the audience is not dumb, the most critically actresses are vidya balan, rani mukherjee, kajol, priyanka chopra (current), so what do you have to say about that. Katrina is probably the only successful one(Commercially) , and also nargis has had one movie, where everyone didn't like her acting. who else is there anyways? no one. so I'm sure the "indian looking" actresses are taken more seriously anyways.
