Vivek Oberoi has been signed to play a major role in Shootout At Wadala. He is the latest memeber of the cast and joins John Abrahamand Anil Kapoor.
Apparently he is playing the character ofDawood Ibrahim, and for the first time the character will be called by the same name. Director Sanjay Gupta has examined the legal consequences of using the name Dawood in the film and is going ahead with it. SAW is a real life portrayal of the first registered encounter by Mumbai police where gangster Manya Surve was shot dead by the Mumbai police.
