Nanban was originally scheduled for Deepavali release when the shooting was started and Shankar & his team were actually on schedule in finishing the movie. However the delay of Velayudham has pushed Nanban to Pongal and Velayudham is releasing this Deepavali. As Shankar has committed the release of movie Nanban during Pongal, it seems that the audio of the movie may go on air during the last week of November.
Shankar is planning to make the audio launch in a grand manner with powerful pack of artists and programs. This is the second movie for Harris Jeyaraj for Shankar after Anniyan and the circles close to the musician claim that he has carved beautiful songs in this film. Shankar is shelling out his utmost efforts to bring out this remake of Hindi 3Idiots, in a more powerful manner.
