I have started hating spineless Mona character, who is grovelling at Ambaji's feet and was giving her share of business to selfish Karan, who has shown no care or concern about her.

If this continues I am going to stop watching the show.

I agree with you. However I was annoyed how Anukalp played it off like a minor mistake on his part. He didn't address the biggest problem which is the lack of communication. Would kill him talk to Mona for a couple of mins. I am sure it is not going stop his work from being done.

ambaji showed that she cares about her by yelling at anu and insisting on mona to eat because she knew that mona was doing it with clean heart and not once complained. If you are doing something good for someone or your love just to get praise and something back from them then it is better not to do it. Mona did the vrat because she loves her hubby and at the end of the day her vrat and opening was the most beautiful and romantic, which just goes to show that love always wins. All husband and wives have fights but the important thing is to realize your mistake, own up to it, say sorry and move on.
