I found todays scene with nidhi and shahensha really cute, all that he did cuz he wanted her back in the hospital and her doctor instincts came back once she saw him hurt...she seemed more mature/responsible to me today when she was trying to get the OT ready
looks like conflicts might start between nidhi and malika when ashutosh told nidhi she could stay malika gave her quite an evil stare
