Something Special Audio CD Release

Gorgeous former Mrs. India Shilpa Reddy released the audio CD of Something Special, the debut film of her brother, hero Samrat, at a rather modest function arranged at Film Chamber. The first CD was presented to 2006 Indian Idol finalist, our very own Hyderabadi lad Karunya, who lent his voice to a couple of songs in this album. The film's cast and crew were present on the occasion.

While chief guest Shilpa Reddy whished for the film's success, Karunya complimented the former Mrs. India saying "She (Shilpa Reddy) put Hyderabad on the international Map of the fashion world. I am very happy that I am making my debut with a Telugu Film album. In my first album itself I got an opportunity to sing different kinds of songs. I have sung soft as well as a hip hop kind of songs".

"Something Special is a technician's film" Director Srinivas said referring to cinematographer Surender Reddy's comments on the non use of any graphical work in the film. "The audio has already received a good response and I am confident that the film also will be well received by the audiences. We shot in the best of locations for the songs". The director also announced the release date of the film as June 9th.
