From 1998 to 2009, the episode titles of CID was in ENGLISH. (most of them was begins with "the case of ..."

But from 2009 titles changed to HINDI.

Now they have changed Gallentary Award into Veertha Award.

In my opinion CID's worst episodes begins when they made Hindi Titled Episodes.

Note : I am not insulting Hindi Language

I dont think it has much to do with Hindi or English but yes the episode quality deteriorated 2008 onwards. Actually the episode which started the downhill trend was Don's final revenge ,

I don't agree actually, episodes are considered good depending upon the storyline, screenplay, cast and performance. Language doesn't make a difference at all, if the titles are switched back to English circumstances won't change.
