Mahesh Babu to raid Bollywood?

With the ever-so-high expectations of his film Dookudu, especially after it established mini milestones like being featured in the American daily 'Los Angeles Times', under the title, 'Mahesh and the Box Office collection in the US' ; charming and flamboyant actor Mahesh Babu, who holds the key to many hearts, is allegedly, all interested in a Bollywood debut.

The actor who stands at #12 in Time's 50 most desirable men list has found instant demand among the Bolly film makers since he expressed his desire to venture into this cinema. Not long back, there were talks of how impressed Mahesh was with director Rohit Shetty for his Ajay Devgn action flick, Singham, going on to hope the director would be willing for a Telgu remake.
Apparently, it was director Shetty himself who proposed that the actor try for a Bollywood stint instead. Back then, the actor left the matter unresolved. However, the grapevine is now abuzz with claims of Mahesh having signed his first Bollywood project with Kulki Gulati (director of Prince). Denying the news is wife of six years and Bollywood actress, Namrata Shirodkar, who has gone on record to clarify that Mahesh has signed no such contracts.

Sooner or later, Bollywood does manage to beckon one and all - would Mahesh prove any different?
